After finish was applied and final tuning completed I decided to take a TINY piece out if the bottom right of the box with my chisel. Bad move, got the piece but it pulled a small sliver of wood in the tuning slot also. Filled it and sanded it and I now have a call for next year's hunt. Just couldn't throw it in the burn box.
