Thanks. Frank makes an awesome trumpet. He can be a little contrary at times but when you get through the first layer he is alright. Arguably one of the finest callmakers of our generation.

Frank makes great calls. I have a "few" .. my most recent - a 5.5" Cocabola/ Ivory with silver ferrule.. She's a player for sure..

The Buffalo horn has something special to it.  I love the way it sounds.  They are all top shelf calls, but the buffalo horn is my favorite sounding call.

That is an outstanding collection of Frank's work that you have and I appreciate you sharing the picture.  Do you think the sound quality of all Buffalo horn tops out that of the all ivory calls?

I am a fan of Frank's call also. I love the ivory MPs.. Not sure if the buffalo MPs sound different to my ears..

They all sound the same to me, even though I hunt with the horn.  You can't go wrong either way.

That wood is Desert Ironwood. She has some nice light colored figure to it that Frank really brought out.

IIRC, it's Golden Raintree. Frank told me it's a one of call. The barrel end is muskox horn.
