Title: Any interest in owl hooters
Post by: Mac Dietrich on January 18, 2014, 12:20:39 AM
I'm no James Harrison far as owl hooters but I did come in 2nd place last yr behind him @ NWTF nationals by 1 pt.  with a coyote call! Started making hooters and really liking the sound I'm getting from them let me know if there is any interest I've got 10 gut sets.

No what's funny is I'm a call maker not a call competition blower and yes he did compete in the call making portion and yes I did come in 2nd place behind James Harrison
Sorry for any confusion this ought to clarify

Mac, What is the size of your call or better yet, how small can you make one a get a good sound?  I use a crow call to call my turkey dogs and always look for a smaller one than you normally see.  Not really interested in exotic wood or silver , etc, but would like for it to look nice.  Also, cost?  Please email me as I don't do a real good job on forum boards.
