Title: Glossary for trumpet initials
Post by: packmule on February 22, 2021, 12:32:56 PM
I'm relatively new to trumpets and you veterans use a lot of initials which can confuse us new guys. I'm starting a glossary to help keep things straight around here, please add as needed  ;D

KP = Kenny Pedelahore
KT = Kerry Terrell
ABW = African blackwood
MP = mouthpiece
AMI = ancient mammoth ivory
EZ = Tony Ezolt
AGE = Anthony Ellis

MP is only mouthpiece until it's Mark Prudhomme (i.e. that's a PPSU MP on my MP trumpet). I don't know what LOL stands for, though.
