Took this Mississippi public land tom coming back to roost. 50 yard shot in a broadside strut. His twin just stood there. Darn shame we can only kill one bird per day!!!!!(http://i960.photobucket.com/albums/ae89/GarGuru/2011turk.jpg)
Congrats ! ! ! :you_rock: :you_rock: :you_rock:
Nice work, nice cannon, mine is/was an exact match to your Remington. I have an idea where you will be hunting tomorrow!

What load and choke??
Way to go. Nice picture. Congrats on the beautiful bird. :you_rock:
I shoot the .695 Jelly Head and the old Rem Hevi Shot 1 7/8 oz of #6. Bought a bunch of these shells on clearance for $1 each. They haven't let me down yet.
How does that combo pattern at 40 yards??
I have not shot it a target to count pellets, not sure what number it will produce.
If I ever buy a 10 guage that isn't a BPS, it will be just like yours! Beautiful gun!
Congrats. Nice bird, and I agree that is a pretty shotgun. :you_rock:

You are hunting with that choke/load combination and have not even patterned it???
I patterned it with the factory full choke that came with the gun and got about 230-250. Once I bought the jelly head I knew it would only get better. 4 shots and 4 turkeys later it seems to be doing fine. I know how far to shoot one and how far not to though.
The factory full choke put that many pellets in a 40 yard 10 inch circle???
Nice! Congrats! :you_rock:
Nice bird,i hope to hear my Mag10 bellow this spring,i'm curious to see how it performs on the real thing
