Title: Weatherby Sa459 trigger work
Post by: Ahollon3 on December 23, 2018, 08:18:11 AM
Wanting to know who is reliable to work on sa459 trigger? Has a lot of creep and wanting to get it down to a 3.5-4 lb crisp pull.

I had one of those guns and the trigger is definitely awful. I think Rob Roberts works on them.

Just curious...Did you send him the complete gun or simply the trigger assembly?

Does the SA-549 not share the same trigger group as the SA 20?

Same with me...had a local gunsmith work on my SA459 trigger and it's smooth as silk now.   $50 well spent for sure.
