I posted this under the Turkey Calls thread, but thought I'd post it here too. I got this bird started with a Marlin Watkins fiddle paddle, but finished him with an Alan Dunfee (aka KentuckyHeadhunter) scratch box made out of Spanish cedar, nicknamed the Spanish Lady. The soft clucks and yelps were the ticket to bringing this bird all the way in.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190505/5bfdb24a1a45dc990b61efa1439ac854.jpg)

Congratulations on the nice bird! He couldn't resist the Spanish lady whispering sweet nothing's in his ear. Haha
Allen does make a heck of a scratch box. I have 3 of his I will be hunting with this season, witches fiddle is my favorite.
Congrats on that bird! Glad the call is working for you. That was the first Spanish Lady. I appreciate the pics of dead gobblers I've received this year from everyone.
Alan, thanks for a great call.
