Title: Seasons over WI 2018 WI Now What?
Post by: MK M GOBL on May 29, 2018, 10:04:02 PM
As one season rolls out another rolls in, WI Turkey is over for me and was a pretty good year! Was able to hunt with some old friends and some new ones and tagged some birds! Even some for myself :)

But now it's time for me to start Bowfishin'!! My brother will be out for our annual June Shoots can't wait for a few of these giants :)

With the season over for almost a month and new trout spey rod I will be out fishing for whatever the river will offer. Fishing for trout this summer with the spey rod will be a good warm up for Fall/Winter steelhead fishing season. Also will be working on my lackluster calling ability if my wife does not run me out of the house.

That is a huge carp.  I bet you stunk holding it for the picture.  Bow fishing is fun.  I don't have a bow set up but I sure wish I did.

Very cool MK! Like you, I'm also shifting gears to fishing and prepping the property for deer season.

Be well
