Rickey, from my research, it looks like you've exceeded your bandwidth limit. That relates to how many times your photos have been viewed, not how many photos your can store. You probably still have room for photos but can't share them.
One option is to create a new free photobucket with a new email.

Thanks. I will use Tinypic in the future. Al Shoemaker explained to me what was going on with Photobucket. I still have all my photos but cannot share them unless I pay $399/year for their service. Maybe I can figure a way to transfer them.
