I have a beautiful African Blackwood pot that is truly a work of art, it sounds horrible and actually fell apart, lol. It was a crystal over glass. I am reclaiming it and prepping it for a resurfacing and a new sound board. Any combination suggestions? I am thinking a red or green slate over either glass or a maple sound board. Any suggestions will be appreciated. This truly is the most beautiful pot I have ever seen. I will add pics when I get home. And please don't ask, I will not say who it came from. I am not in the habit of bashing another call maker or turkey hunter. I bought the call in good faith and I truly believe he sold it the same way. Thanks, Al Baker
