Had to go to a back up plan since the barrel and choke cracked on my main gun. Got a Mossberg 500 24" ported barrel factory XX Full choke. Been wanting to see what these Longbeards were all about. 40 yards(taped). Got 168 in 10".... Can't wait to get my SSX in and see what the pattern looks like then.

Nice pattern....can't go wrong with the 500. Also my backup gun, well starting this season. Been using it since I was 14. Good Luck!
You're good to go....those longbeards made the backup plan look good! I can't wait to try mine....just to cold where I live to waste ammo.

The barrel cracked and the choke basically "blew out". Gun is Mossy 535 and choke was a IC .660. There are pics posted in general forum under topic- cracked barrel
Now I can't wait to order my new 500 TK. This week
