Flop back and forth from 8 to 10. I have traded and sold 19 or so since I started turkey hunting.
I am really picky on the sound I am looking for on each one.

I had 40 and sold a few. I only hunt and rotate through 8 or 10 pots, the rest are unnecessary.
I currently have 15 and am having difficulty limiting it to that due to all the talented callmakers. I take all my calls in the field at some point in time rotating calls. I enjoy playing different surfaces and calls seeing how the birds respond. I pass on/sell calls based on the response which has helped limit the numbers

I'll be that odd man out, as for Hunting calls I have 2, from there I have given away a bunch of calls for kids to use/have and kept only a few that are sentimental. In total I have maybe 6-8, not quite sure...

I would say 40 to 60 somewhere and plan on eventually hunting everything I have. I am trying to not buy anymore but it is hard sometimes. I have been building my supply of trumpets, wingbones and box calls and a few scratch boxes.

after seeing this thread i decided to count my calls to see how many i actually had. i have 34 pot calls and i still have alot more to buy. lol. . i also have 16 box calls.
not a bad start considering that this time last year i had 2 box calls and one pot call
I have as many pot calls as my wife has shoes .. so i guess i need a few more... lot's of them ....

I've bought and sold a bunch. I probably have around 20 or so in the cabinet. 5 that I will for sure be hunting this year. I dont usually hunt with pot calls much. This year looks like that is going to change.

I think you need at least two if you hunt with pots. One good wood based pot for fair weather and an " all weather " pot for not so fair weather.
Have about 60 to 70 pot calls at the moment
Somewhere around 25. Very easily could pare that back to 3-5 and be set for hunting but it's nice to have a variety and backups. Just added two dawkins' plastic pots this week and i cannot put them down, they sound that good.
I do not have an exact count but it is around 30. The number of pots had increased exponentially since starting to frequent OG...LOL

Not really sure how many but usually carry the same two or three.
I could use a Corder but birds come to two calls I hunt, so I am not not sure what to do with the rest (roughly 15)
Just 2.....for now. Plan on picking up 2-4 more before next season.
I've tried and traded bought and sold a bunch. I have it down to one each of Crystal,Alluminum,slate and Ceramic. I've killed Gobblers with each and am set for awhile. I also have a pile of strikers with at least two that I prefer for each separate surface. I only carry two pots in the vest usally and a few strikers. If one of the two different pots aren't working that day having 9 more probably wouldn't help. I'll switch to a mouthcall trumpet or maybe a tube call.
I'm a pot call guy. I love to play everyone I have with multiple strikers to hear the different sounds they make. I have about 10 that are tried and true and I will carry about 5 of those every spring with about 10 different strikers. I have go to calls that will normally get responses but if it one of those mornings that the gobblers are tight beaked every call and striker will get called upon.
