Texas road trip 2020. The birds were not as vocal this year and the hunting was tuff, but I was still able to get 3 nice birds. I was able to get a red bearded gobbler that I saw on the game cameras 3 years ago and he had a full beard then, not sure of his age but has to be at least 4 years old and probably older. Considering all that our country is going through today, I am glad I was able to spend a few days in the field.

That was my first, had been looking for him for 3 years and finally connected!!
Congrats! That's a cool looking beard.
Out of curiosity what box call is that you are holding?
Solid trip! I don't think I've seen a gobbler with a beard like that.

Preacherman Walnut over Cedar, I have personally killed 7 birds with it and have used it for 3 other kills for friends and called in approximately 15-18 toms in the last 3 years. It has been a great box!!

Fannnnntastic, congrats :turkey2:
I thought that was a box from Jody, but it didn't have a strap so it had me guessing. Jody makes a very good cedar short box.
Congrats again.

Nice Congrats
Congrats!! Glad you were able to go. My trips to Bama, Kentucky and Mexico were all cancelled due to Coronavirus.
