Recently got a few more Albert Paul boxes they sound great like my first from him that was cherry/mahogany. As most know that have talked with him he's à real nice guy and makes great boxes. They are Walnut, Walnut/Poplar, and Walnut/Cedar. GREAT call maker and wholeheartedly agree he's one of the nicest and most interesting guys to talk to. I once told him that I've been hunting in cranberry country most my life and he was immediately interested in whether or not the turkeys eat the berries(they do) We joked about how it's appropriate that they do since we customarily eat turkey with cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving. It was just fun talking with the guy! His calls speak for themselves, pretty much legendary I'd say. Nice ones you got there!

If you consider yourself a box call guy,,then you should have a Henry Davis model from him,,his source for holly is just pure has fresh snow coupled with that premium dark ebony and the contrast is just gorgeous to look at,,and of course its tuned perfect.
I find it a hard call to bring with because its too beautiful to put in a vest.
