Title: Burris speedbead on a Maxus
Post by: Alberta Jonny on April 29, 2018, 01:02:17 PM
Is anyone running the speedbead on their Maxus? If so, what do you think? Would you recommend the 8MOA or the 3 MOA?

I had one on my Maxus and it would shift and I eventually removed it.  I could never get it secure enough for consistency.  I do have a fast fire 3 still and have the 8 moa.  I don't like that the dot obscures so much of a turkeys head at closer range so if I had to do it over again would choose the 3moa.

That's what I was worried about on both points. The little info I could find, said it was ether perfect or shifted and a 8MOA dot seems really big for closer shots. Thanks.
