I agree with the Yingling. Chris Brumfiel also built me a nice acrylic ceramic with a waterproof striker.
Up here in Minnesota in the spring we deal with snow, sleet, rain, sometimes single digit temps or high humidity because it's the land of 10,000 lakes
The Loftus Crystal Screamer has been a champion in dealing with ANY foul weather,,I always have one in the rig in case it's needed.

Corian seems to be used in a number of " wet weather " pots. Other than Al Holbert from Enticer, does anyone else tout using the corian backside of the pot for soft calling? It`s like having two calls in one.

Based on my experience the backside of corian pots will make soft talk if conditioned.
Scratch a small spot on the back of a wooden pot will also soft talk.

Yep, scuff up a little section with some scotchbrite ( I like maroon ) and you can get some nice soft clucks, purrs and soft yelps. You can`t believe that they can hear it but they can. I know!

Al does make a great wet weather call. If I didn't have so many others, I'd carry them more. When the humidity is high or rain in the forecast they come along. I know I posted to this earlier but I've got the Enticer aluminum and the Wet One classic glass. Glass came in a trade. Aluminum I bought from Al at the outdoor show in PA. Was running one of the demos at the table at the time and as soon as I set it down a guy jumped in and bought the one on the table. Said he wasn't taking a chance of buying one that didn't sound as good. Whatever. They all sound good
