Title: Any plans for youths
Post by: Bowguy on March 06, 2022, 05:13:15 PM
It's no secret one of my favorite days of year are youth days or just youth mentoring.
With Covid it's been a year or so as they've been nervous or someone got sick, etc.
This spring I'll be taking a young girl I took a couple years ago. She missed twice at about 20 yards.
Hoping we get to give her another chance. She's a good kid. This past spring/summer she came along as I helped her dad get a bird dog pup ready. She was a fantastic help and very proud of herself and her dog. He's a good one too. Better than lots. Hope to post a pic of her in April with a bird. Here's one of her pup, 2nd time out. Pretty stylish dog

I'll be out the weekend of April 2-3 here in VA with my son, he came close on 3 different occasions last spring so fingers crossed this year he'll let the .410 bark.

My buddy and I are planning on getting a couple in the woods. Both of our oldest kids will be waiting with the 410s weekend after next. Hopefully we can get a couple pictures posted.
