I use Soundcloud.com .....Record on your phone, send to your email, save recording to your computer, then load on Soundcloud. Soundcloud will have a link from the recording that can then be copied/attached to your post on OGF by the "Insert Hyperlink" icon.......Sounds like a lot, but it isn't that difficult.
