Title: Tube identification
Post by: Bedge7767 on December 06, 2020, 12:24:24 PM
Can anyone identify this tube? It is signed but I can't read it. It's real well made whoever made it. One more thing what type and size of material do I need to redo tubes? Thanks Jim(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201206/dd4054425560d118f5176ccdce587d3d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201206/2c757d854a66ba379a260b4b4c4ded2f.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201206/618b48cfa238f2228eeea845ae824303.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201206/1f38521ef15c88bbee671b41c068ce34.jpg)

Need a sound file of that one. What do you think the writing say inside the lip? Initials and date?

Are you asking about what size latex to use?  .003-.006.  I use .o03 & .004, but have used up to .006 in the past.  It is available through Pioneer game calls and other turkey call suppliers.

Looks like a nice call with a unique sound chamber.

I can't make it out but it looks like it would be some kind of name. Thanks for the tip on what size latex to get.

My mystery has been solved thanks to Tal. This tube was made by Mr Bill Travis.
