Title: Norman Hamm scratcher
Post by: KentuckyHeadhunter on August 26, 2016, 05:45:44 PM
I received this one from George Denka last year and never shared it with you guys who have the itch to scratch.  Like myself.  This style has a straight soundboard and is played with a slate striker. Sounds pretty good, a lower tone, what many call a "mature" hen  :OGani:.
Woods are all spalted except holly soundboard.  Rosewood, sycamore, and walnut sides.  Mr Hamm obviously knows how to make an attractive hen.  Not sure if he still makes calls(?)
