Title: Cocobolo Trumpet
Post by: gergg on April 11, 2021, 06:12:42 PM
Finished this orange colored Cocobolo today, seems most of the Coco is darker with reds & blacks, so nice change with this blank.

Nice.  It should darken over time.  I've seen old coco horns that were almost solid black.

Can't wait to try it out.  I'm sure the gobblers will love it until it's too late.

Greg
Just a few clucks and soft yelps and this gobbler pitch off the roost right to me.  I'd say the trumpet will work just fine. Thanks again Brian
