I have read numerous topics on this forum about Gibson crow calls and how the consensus seems to be that he makes one of the best. After losing my cheap crow call, I have almost decided to order a Gibson. The problem is that every website that I look at seems to show a picture that is a little different than the others. Different websites show prices of $25-50 or more. I just want to make sure that I get one that will work great as a locator call and occasionally call crows a few times a year. I am open to any other suggestions or a link as to where I can find the best crow call for the money. Just dont want to order something and end up regretting it. Thanks in advance!
Darrell Gibson is the one to go to , he sells his handmade production calls through Midwest call supply and CrowMart . These are his standard long range and the short mag .he also sells from home and he has a few more styles that has just been released the Stubby and the Fatboy Jr. . Both of these calls have great sound for locator and are the best crow sound that I have heard. I work with Gibson on calls and also have a few of my style that I used his tuned mouth piece. I just posted a picture of one in the general forum , it will be going to classified in a while pm me for Gibson contact info
I have a couple Gibsons and also picked up a NCbowjunkie crow call at Unicoi and it is great as well. It will actually be in my vest this year because of its unique look.

Nice looking call!!
Pulled my Gibson crow call out this morning while scouting. I could hear some crows carrying on and thought I would mess with them. Wow, I had at least a dozen circling me and screaming. Had a bird gobbled anywhere I probably wouldn't have been able to hear him because of all the crows!
Take a look at these I will try to post some of Mr Gibson's later
