Got these plantation style (similar to Gaskins) scratch boxes from Curtis and there runners.
Holly, Mahogany and Cedar soundboards.
They are easy to run and sound great!

They are Chris and Curtis is a super nice gentleman to boot!
I gotta give credit where it is due, this guy is one helluva a turkey caller with everything from cow horn yelpers to boxes!
I agree 100%, I heard those and told him I would be interested in one so hopefully he gets back to me. Of coarse I probably won't sound as good as he did with it though, he can definitely run them

nice ,,,, i got couple calls from Curtis ,,,alll turkey like u say the guy can run a turkey call
va longbeard directed me to Curtis. He can run a scratch! Contacted him last night and talked for a while. Nice guy. So he sends me video of him playing cow horn call. WOW!
I told him that turkeys across virginia were in more trouble than it's governor!

I got a jatoba with an elm soundboard in that style from Curtis. Sounds really good!

Just mailed him a check for one his Gaskins style Butternut Scratch Box. Also picked up a Uncle Poppa Wormy Walnut/Sycamore Scratch Box this past weekend at the Florida Wild Turkey Extravaganza Show. Swamp Ghosts Beware!! :drool:
