Title: Trumpet cases
Post by: KYTURKEY on January 20, 2019, 03:32:26 PM
Who all makes trumpet cases?  I know several callmakers do, just can't think of who does. Aluminum,  leather, etc.

Thanks,
Patrick

I use zippered nylon cases from AG Russell for mine. They are more than adequate for the job.

The 3"x10" model fits most trumpets well.  For storage and transport, I like these.

Black Falcon made me an aluminum tube call case. It is very nice also. One cap is threaded. Unlined interior, not sure if he offers lined models.

Lots of options out there . I like the knife cases, they are not overly expensive and I needed a fair number of them. :icon_thumright:

Don't know his name  but a young man had some very nice leather tube style stitched up at Unicoi. I do know that Tim Bullock bought one.

The young man was my son, Thomas Osmer. These are some of his cases.  They have pvc inside for solid protection and eva foam on top and bottom.

The cane  yelper case is $55 TYD and the trumpet is $65 TYD. We found a cheaper way to ship and passed the savings on.

I checked these out at Unicoi. They are very well made and a bargain at that price.

Thomas is also a very humble and mannerly young man. His Pop's not bad either :)
