Sorry i dont have pictures to share but have some results from a benelli sbe, Carlson's chokes, and different loads. all shots at 40 yards measured the best 10 inch circle since i do not know my best poa/poi yet.

Carlson non ported 665

long beard 3.5 inch 5 shot 171 hits
long beard 3.5 inch 6 shot 224 hits
federal grand slam 3.5 inch 6 shot 125 hits

carlson long beard xr 650 ported choke

long beard 3.5 inch 6 shot 253 hits
federal grand slam 3.5 inch 6 shot 191 hits

hopefully this sheds some light on guys looking at similar setups, especially shooting copper plated lead.

I know this is old but just wanted to let the OP know that his information influenced my decision to purchase a Carlson's .650 Longbeard XR choke and 3.5 inch #6 shot Long Beards to try in my SBE 1.  Have not done so yet but will shortly.  Thanks again rgref522

Hey glad to hear my friend.  Hopefully your results are very similar. I can't wait to let the 6s fly in a couple weeks here in WI!

We will see soon.  I bought the choke and shells several weeks ago and plan to try them both before our season starts here in Pennsylvania on May 1.  Thanks again, I know you put a lot of effort into compiling the information. Good luck, enjoy and stay safe this spring.  WTT

Finally tried the Carlson's LB .650 and LB 3.5 inch 2 oz. #6.  WOW what a great combination.  Works great!
