Saw some birds but didn't hear a gobble. Gobble withdrawals.

Haven't gone out listening again yet but I did see four gobblers easing through the edge of the planted pines next to a food plot yesterday. All I had was my 6x rangefinder and I couldn't get a good look to see if they were mature birds or not

Heard three gobblers this morning. Same three I heard a week or so ago I believe, however now they are broken up and have claimed separate sections of woods. One is in an excellent area where due to the terrain I could get very tight on him in the dark before daylight. Think there's a decent chance or killing that bird. The other two I still have to get a better fix on to come up with a plan

Saw a pretty good bird this evening.  12" beard, small body for these parts probably 18-19 lbs. I couldn't see his spurs.
