Has anyone put a pistol grip stock on a Remington 870 express compact? And if you have which one did you get? And what are your thoughts on the stock you chose. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I got an Ergo stock adapter https://www.ergogrips.net/shop/ergo-remington-20-gauge-shotgun-stock-adapter/
Then you can install any AR style grip and stock you like. Fully adjustable and it works fantastic.

Last year I purchased an ATI adjustable stock from the Optics Planet website on sale. Turned out great, It said 12 gauge but it went on youth 20 gauge just fine. Around $70

I just put the standard one from remington on my 870 Youth 20ga!

I went with the Phoenix Technology KickLite Tactical stock. It was a tad bit more pricey but I have not complaints so far and going on year 3.

Mesa Tactical is what I have I think...it is awesome, but if you do get it, they have a small connector that is sold separately that goes in between.

I ordered my dad a Phoenix technology for Christmas a few years ago, it has been a good stock and he really likes it.

I installed a Ati adjustable stock on my little rem 870 and was impressed with it. And put a sure shot on my 870 super magnum. Both good stocks

I have a Blackhawk collapsible style on mine. I lucked out and got it as they were getting hard to find years ago. If I didn't have it, I believe I would go with a Shurshot.
