What is going on with these once fired roll crimped Chedite hulls

 Fired in a.410 Stevens 301T
One on left is a Remington factory fold crimp. Looks normal to me.
Three on the right are handload Chedite hulls with a roll crimp. All melted and drawn in.
The white color is a camera problem and does not show outside the pictures. What I would to like to know is why the hull mouth is melted and drawn in like they are. The patterns are patchy and not too good.

May 410 Apex Ninja and Federal TSS are like that as well. Patterns are bad with mine as well. I'm hoping they will improve.

Roll crimped hulls in all gauges have deformed openings caused by  the high temps of the firing.  It doesn't affect patterns.
