Picked this up today at the local flea market they have one every Sunday two Bucks can't get the nibs out though they're in there good

Got the nibs out today with the Dow the read must have been sticking out the end of the mouthpiece Barrel boogered it up a little but the reed is metal

I have a goose call that I got about fifty years ago that looks pretty much identical to that call. ....Not even sure where it is, or the brand, but I would agree that Olt or Lohman are good guesses.  I will look to see if I can find it,...but I doubt there are any markings on it that would identify it.
