Very pleased with them today. Sent an email to them this morning to see if I could buy another one of their fake fans to go on my strutter. My last one I caught on a sharp edge an tore the fabric. They replied fairly quick and is sending one free of charge. I know the fan is cheap in comparison to the actual decoy body, but they didn't have to do that. They've been real cool about some duck decoy issues I had a while back as well.

Same experience for me. Have a breeder hen with a kinked neck. Sent them a message last weekend. They Got back to me Monday AM. New decoy at my door this eve.

They responded well to an issue I had last year with the top plug blowing out. Sent me a new one and asked if I would send the old one back so they could examine it. Really quick no hassle customer service!! That goes a long ways with me!!!
