Ok guys.....I have to end this a little early, that work stuff 8s getting in the way...again.

Net was 137 1/8" .... upfold99  chose the yellowheart!
Gross was 140 5/8" ... gobbler 2577 gets the unwanted purpleheart!

Let's do this again!!! I have more deers and strikers!!  ;D

Chilly

Thanks for the opportunity but I have a question.  I considered this deer to have a broken main beam and was originally a 9pt main frame.  Is this how he was scored?
Can't kill'em from the couch!!!!

JLH

The beam is actually not broken....that hole is from (what I was told) fly's laying eggs in the soft tissue when the antler was growing...and the antler grew around it.

There is a broken point on the rt....but that was determined to be an abnormal point because it didnt grow from the top of the beam....it was between g2 and g3.

It was officially scored and entered.....It was my first really big deer..and the first that I had history with, figured him out and finished the job....some 25 years ago!

Thanks!

Still, that's a heck of an effort for looking at a picture! I was off by 1 1/4" and can't complain!
