It would all depend upon how you define a "really good turkey outfitter."  What are you looking for?

I have never hunted with them, but have never heard a bad word. Located in TX.

Windmill Outfitters in OK. I hunt with them every year. The accommodations aren't the finest, but the hunting is excellent.

Bent Creek Lodge in West Alabama is top notch for turkeys.  They're good people too.

Hitlist Outfitters

We are based out of southern Colorado and have a 100% shot opportunity, a #4 and #9 in the Colorado record books, and lodging and meals are included. Please email us at Hitlisthunts@yahoo.com for more information! Thank you!

A lot of services offer semi guided options where you are basically paying for access to quality land and a place to rest your head/cook meals they don't do any calling or "guiding"

It's a lot easier to go through a guide service than it is to look at county records and call farmers asking for permission to hunt.

That'd be better as long as it's truly quality land w decent spots not being saved for others while you're given low odds opportunities. Shouldn't speak for anyone else though

That's where research and finding a reputable outfitter comes in. Pretty easy to do now with social media and google.
