I think I was so excited I botched the score 20.12lbs 9.5 beard both spurs are 1 in I came up with 39 on score what should it be?

The weight depends on what kind of scale you are using. If you are using some of the digital scales, the 20.12 means 20 pounds, twelve ounces rather than 20.12 pounds. Based on the weight you indicate, I would bet the weight is the former (20 lbs. 12 ounces) or 20.75 pounds. So your bird probably scores 59.75 rather than 59.12.
