I don't see a turkey walking through that!

I like the tightwad . Looks more even and a bit of coverage outside the 10".
Trulock pic is a little hard to tell

I agree that the Tightwad is the best pattern. The pattern with the highest 10" count is not always the best. When evaluating TSS patterns, I would highly recommend counting the 10-20" ring as well as the 10". Some patterns with super hot cores leave the 10-20" ring pretty sparse, seriously cutting down on wiggle room. Anything over 250/10 is overkill. After shooting this stuff for a decade, I would much rather have a 250/250 pattern than a 350/150 one.

Great patterns but I'm with owlhoot on the Tightwad pattern for an overall hunting pattern.  I like a dense 10" and a solid even 20".

Count me in for the Tightwad. Looks like a perfect hunting pattern!

This is looking good.  The $27 federal are shooting on par with hand loads.  This is good news.

You happen to get a total pellet count to double check the payload?

TightWad is what I would go with as well!  Great patterns.

Went through a BUNCH of chokes for my 870 youth turkey build.  Found three that really worked well.  One $60 coke, one $30 choke and the $10 Primos tightwad. Dont shoot TSS, just the HW 7s but that thing gives me as good or better patterns with fed FC wad loads as the $60 model.  Weird how that works...
