Well, after searching for a year I finally found a Knoxx 20ga Remington stock. I found it on eBay and it came in the mail today. Now it's time to pick up the 20ga to go along with it!!!! It looks almost new. Question for the guys that have used this stock. Will it directly bolt up to a youth 20?? I'm looking forward to my kids using it soon as well as myself! What choke and length barell do you recomend?? Seems like fed hw 7's are the preferred load?

Thanks

I really like the hevi 7's. That is what my boy shoots. It's a solid 40 yard load in my mossberg youth model. Just got a 20 gauge winchester nwtf edition for free so we are setting it up for next spring. It patterned them well also but a bit high.

Made one of these up several years ago. Remington youth 20 gauge with 18 inch barrel.  Upgraded the trigger with a Timmney kit. It likes hevi-7's  from a Indian Creek choke tube. Topped it off with a micro red dot. This is a great gun for kids as well as adults.

Get the 21" barrel gun.  I got an 11-87 with a 26" barrel thinking it would shoot with or better than the 21" and I never could get a great pattern without TSS or Nitros.  If you shoot the Feds, which I recommend, look for a RSF or a Carlson 575.  You will like the little gun, they are fun to hunt with.  Good luck!

They're pretty rare these days. You got a heck of a deal on that one too. I love mine, and it does just bolt right to the gun. No modifications necessary.
