choke

While dove hunting this year I noticed that the IC choke would loosen after about ever 3rd shot.  I did put white lithium grease on it before installing (as I do on all my guns).  What is causing this?  I put the MOD in there last weekend and went teal hunting w/o any loosening at all??

Back when I shot sporting clays seriously, I had a beretta 686. The skeet 1 choke that came with the gun would loosen after 1 station (5/6 shots). A fellow at the club switched chokes with me and his choke stayed tight in my gun but mine still loosened up in his. I bought a new choke and all was well. Guess the original choke was just off a touch.
