I dress them...The Boss Hen takes care of the rest....white meat is fried....dark meat goes into a crock pot with BBQ sauce...I just show up at the dinner table when she rings that bell! 
Same here except I deep fry the breast after it's cut into nuggets. Crock pot turkey is never touch and makes great pulled turkey. Put it on a bun, in a stir fry, whatever you want.
