I am shooting a revelation single barrel too, mine is a 28'' barrel with a 680 Carlsons flush  with the same ammo you are shooting and getting 180s in the 10 at 40yds and a good 20 yd pattern also weighs a little over 6lbs i love it.

I have an old Revelation in 20ga that's been in my family since it was new. Years ago before screw in chokes and souped up ammo was popular I'd shoot it against all friends 12's with regular 2 3/4" field loads and it would shoot pretty much right with them. only thing about it, thing kicks like a bank mule. it's a 28" full choke barrel.

I used a Lead Sled because I KNOW how it recoils!!! Course, in the heat of the moment, who cares?!?!
