What mount is that on the 3020? My understanding is they are not drilled and tapped. Did you have to have it done by a gunsmith?

870 12 gauge.  Was new around 2000-2001.  Recently decided to make it a dedicated turkey gun.  Camo spray job, barrel cut from 28 to 23", Sumtoy choke, sling, timney trigger, Williams sights.  Shoots good out to 45 with longbeard #5.

Browning Gold 12 gauge 3". Comp-n-Choke XXX, Williams Firesight ghost ring,  Winchester LB #5. Sitting in the blind on this wet windy day.

Nice looking gun 10GaugeMag. Mine is not pretty yet but I am looking to add a thumbhole stock and getting it dipped by next season if all works out right. Just added the scope.

Sir diealot, I'd leave just the way it is. I like the looks of her.

Thanks, I have a thumbhole stock on a inline Night muzzle loader rifle I use for deer hunting and I find it very comfortable, that is one of the reasons I would like to add one. I have only found 2 companies that make them for this gun I think the fist is called surefire or shureshot and the other is Rapid Fire Gunstocks and only the second is a true thumbhole stock. Where my debate comes in is that I got this gun with money I got after my father died when he was electrocuted to death in a construction job, so that is a big debate for me. I can't afford another gun though and dipping it and the scope is within my range after I get a vehicle. In one way I think leave it as it is and in another way I think he would want me to have it as I would want it.
