He won't beat my last bird, but here are the stats:

Weight 19.5 lbs
Beard 9 3/4 inches
Left spur 1 1/8 inch
Right spur 1 1/16 inch.

I'll post the story later.  If you're a purist you may want to skip the story.  Let's just say I don't carry a laser range finder and the shot was long.  But fortunately it worked.
