I just wanted to report out so far my initial testing on the Stoeger M3020.  I know a lot of people shy away from Stoeger when they here the name.  I had a Stoeger 2000 when they first came out that was very, very bad.  All I can say is whatever they have done for improvements has made a huge impact.  I recently purchased the M3020 Semiautomatic with a 28" barrel.  For those who are not familiar with this model it's the newest semiautomatic, and only, 20ga chambered in 2 3/4 and 3".  I only had the option of black synthetic for the price point on $450 NIB.  3 chokes, shims, etc... Although I haven't patterned it with turkey loads yet, I put 400 rnds of light to heavy filed loads through it last weekend without a hi-cup!  Now time to pattern.  I'm leaning away from taking my 10ga or 12ga this spring.  This gun weighs 6lbs and handles like a dream.  I'll keep you posted to my results.  For those interested in this particular gun, jump on it.  You will not regret it.
Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.

I grabbed one when looking for my 3500 thinking it was one.  I agree, feels great and was slightly disappointed when I did grab the 3500.  Congrats, glad it's running well for ya.  Make sure to update with pattern pics.  What are you starting with for choke/load combo?

I'm using a primos ported tight wad with hevishot #6s.  I also have Kents, Winchester HV and Federals in #5s.  With work, kids, etc... I haven't had a chance to pattern it yet.  All I know is it feels like my franchi affinity 20ga.  It's just not as "pretty".  But it cycles amazing with minimal recoil.
