I liked his speech.  The little I know of his background and beliefs I like.
This is another point in his favor.

He is the perfect running mate. The only problem is, he is taking a demotion, and we need him in the House.. He is a tenacious bulldog, that hates runaway spending. I believe the job of Vice President will neuter him..

I guess it's all about sacrifice. Get Romney elected, and deal with Paul losing his seat, later..
