Cabelas Tactical Tatr vest.  Purchased new in 2018.  I hunted in it a few days and carried a few birds in it.  It was a good vest, and the only reason im parting with it is because my wife bought me a new vest for my birthday. 

This vest has lots of pockets, a super comfy seat that has elastic straps that allow the seat to deploy and fold down very easily and when the seat is not in use, it doesnt hit you in the back of the legs.  The game bag is roomy with lots of space for storage.  No rips or tears.

The tag doesnt specify a size, but I remember specifically when I bought it the hang tag said XL / 3XL.  I can tell you I wear a 3xl shirt / coat and it has lots of room for adjustment.
