Farmer Field Guide

I have searched the sight to no avail, but can anyone tell me about Reverend Farmer's "A Field Guide To Mastering The Wind Instrument For Turkey Hunting". Is this an actual book or an instruction sheet that he sent with his calls?

It is a booklet that breaks down the call, explains use, gives care tips, etc.

Brother Farmer has multiple myeloma, and would appreciate your prayers; I lost my grandmother to multiple myeloma and it is a terrible thing. He contacted me recently and said he had several Field Guides left and wants to get them in the hands of people that want them, and his prices are good considering what some have resold for.
